We understand that healthy choices are important when you are away from home and in addition to our healthy home-made approach to breakfast, we provide an onsite fitness center as part of our commitment to healthy travel.  With both body and spirit in mind we offer a comfortable setting and evening manager’s reception weekdays as option for casual relaxation and socializing.  Additional guest amenities include complimentary wireless and wired high speed internet access, business center, guest laundry facilities, valet / dry cleaning service, free local calls and spacious work desk area.

Studio Suites

The standard suite size is 390 square feet with all living areas in one over-sized studio room, in a smoke-free setting.  All studios suites include a signature bedding package including pillow-top mattress and goose feather pillows comfortable bedroom; full bathroom, and living area with fully equipped kitchens.  Kitchens are equipped with full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove top, oven, cookware, utensils, and dishes.  Additional touches of home include breakfast bar, televisions with expanded cable selection, large desk/work area and complimentary high speed internet access.

Two Bedroom Penthouse Suites

Should you require even more space than offered in our standard suite, why not reserve a two-bedroom suite instead?  Providing 790 square feet of living space, whole families or groups can enjoy their stay together under one roof.  This bi-level suite includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room with full kitchen.

Accessibility Suites

Customized suites designed to cater to the physical needs of guests.  We have three Accessibility Suites with wheelchair accessible bathrooms, one is equipped with a roll in shower and all have lowered peep holes for safety.  Exclusive accessible parking is also available within close proximity to the room.

Credit Card/Check In Policy

At the Chase Suite Hotel we do require a major credit card for all guests checking in.  Please click here to see our full credit card policy. We additionally require that the registering guest is over the age of 19.

Pets Welcome!

Chase Suite Hotel understands that when the family is on the move you don’t want to leave family members behind. This is why our pet policy allows you to include all your loved ones. Our apartment-style accommodations and gracious grounds give your pets easy access to the outdoors and lots of room to explore. When you bring a pet there will be an additional fee of $10 per day, per pet but not exceed to $150. An additional $150 refundable deposit will be charged at check-in for damages and cleaning fees, which will be refunded at check-out, once the room has been inspected.  Please click here for more info.

Children's Policy

Children 16 & under do stay free when staying in a room with accompanying adults as long as the total occupancy of the room does not exceed the maximum.  Some package rates may include children's fees to cover the cost of package inclusions such as attraction tickets or transportation costs.
