We chose this facility because of the proxcimity to the air port and the Park and Ride option they offered as we were going to Mexico for a week. The facility was clean the staff was very friendly....
This was our first stay here and won't be the last. We got a great 'Spring Deal' that tempted us to try the Chase Suite Hotel. What a great surprise! The hotel is a series of apartment style buildings. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our bed was perfect! It was handy to have a full kitchen at our disposal but we also took advantage of the breakfast provided by the hotel. It was tasty and satisfying. We didn't get to experience the pool or other amenities because of time and weather but feel this is our new 'go-to' place when staying in Kansas City. We were near the highway so had access wherever we chose to go, including family. In spite of the close access to the highway the property is quiet and peaceful.
I took a trip to KC this past weekend and booked a studio suite. When we arrived we were informed we would be getting a two bed suite with a fireplace. The room was spotless and the staff was incredible! After we checked out I realized my daughter had left her blanket and we turned around and went back, the front desk called our room and a gentleman brought me her blanket. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the very near future!!!!

It was as though we stayed in a Condominium, not merely a simple Hotel.
This place had numerous small 2-story buildings, each with several hotel rooms. Our room was the cheapest they had, yet it had a loaded kitchen... dishwasher (plus soap), coffee machine (plus coffee), sink, oven, stove, a huge fridge/freezer, trash bin, recycle bin, large table/countertop, 2 bar stools with backs, drawers/cabinets with: utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowl, large spoons, spatula, pots, pans, colander, toaster.
The bathroom had: large open floor space, sink, full-length mirror, and behind a door was a toilet and a shower/bath. The main room had: bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 3 large closets with shelves, iron, ironing board, 2 ottomans, functional fireplace, long couch, window with light-blocking curtains, window with blinds, wall-mounted flat screen TV (close to the couch, not the bed), wall-mounted thermostat (old design but very effective), fast and free wireless Internet access.
External benefits: pretty gazebo, outdoor pool, room with exercise machines, 5-mile-radius shuttle service, mini-grocery store near the front desk, lovely dining area with many chairs/tables, 2 free 2-hour meals ("breakfast" and "manager's reception") that serve: bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, a yummy hash-brown-breakfast casserole, yogurt, OJ, coffee, milk, hearty salad with egg slices, popcorn, cookies, soda, soup, and a few other things I can't remember.
Absolutely recommended.
WOW!! We recently stayed at the Chase Suites during the KC snowstorm. Everything about the CS was amazing. From the rooms, the food, all the staff, everything was GREAT!!! We will stay here again if we return to KC!! We would hightly recommend the Chase Suites!!!!!

The BEST way to end 2012 & begin 2013! We stayed in the "King Murphy" Penthouse & it was wonderful! It provided us with the ammenities to do our own cooking. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. I stayed a week at this hotel. There is no way to express how special it is. The staff are all by far the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. The rooms were spotless. The fireplace was so cozy after a hard day. Breakfasts were great. I got a very special rate and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. I had a dead battery the morning we left and they even jumped my car. I have just told all of my friends that go to Kansas City about this place. I have stayed in $350 night hotels and never got this kind of service. The rooms are almost sound proof. No sound comes through the wall. The beds are so comfey.

I have been a guest at this wonderful hotel many different times. I'm very impressed with housekeeping, front desk especially Lela who makes breakfast and goes beyond being a normal employee. She is a very hard worker. Lela is also a driver for the hotel and when she takes me to the hyperbaric institute she opens the door and engages in comfortable conversation.
