"Great hotel for long or short stay!"

Jul 3, 2008 - We stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel for an anniversary getaway. We were very pleasantly surprised. Kathy, at the front desk, was delightful, very friendly and remembered details about us the next morning at breakfast. She is definitely an asset to this hotel. Our room was a suite with a full kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. We were provided with a complimentary "paper" log that burned for several hours. There were complimentary soft drinks or adult beverages as well as horsdeuvres (light meal) between 5:30-7 pm. The hot breakfast in the morning that day was breakfast tortillas which were ok. Nice selection of other items as well. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and very spacious. If you are a family traviling, look no further. The price was great also! I highly recommend this hotel. They will even go and get you groceries if you need them. The only thing I would have changed would be to have an upstairs room because I could hear people walking around until 1:45 am and then up again at 5:45 above us. We will be back next year for our anniversary.

"What a great experience!"

Jan 6, 2008 - We enjoyed our stay very much, even though it was a holiday weekend and the hotel was short on staff we were well taken care of by house keeping.
The suite was very clean and spacious, felt like home. I loved the little working kitchen so I could choose to stay in and cook or go out my choice. There are several good restaurants very close by, some even within walking distance if you want to take a walk.
The food served for breakfast was pretty good!
Our house keeper Kathy was great, she made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
Checkout was a breeze just pick up the phone done!

Hi Customer Service,

It's already been a week since the "our" Family Reunion at the Chase Suites, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the facilities and the service at the Chase. One of my nephews said, "If you could pick any place in the country that would be best for a family reunion, this would be it." The entire staff - front desk personnel, maids, breakfast "server,' and maintenance were most accommodating and pleasant. For our family, the Chase Suites was the best facility I can think of.

Thank you, for your help and thoughtfulness. Oh, yes, with the extra chairs and lamp our room worked out well as a gathering place for the 25 of us. Thank you!
